Start your day with a pick-up from the Fremantle Cruise Ship Terminal. From here, you will be transferred to the nearby B-Shed Ferry Terminal where you will check in for your ferry to Rottnest Island.
Board the ferry for the short and scenic journey across the Indian Ocean to Rottnest Island. Upon arrival, enjoy free time around Thomson Bay, the island’s main settlement. Here you can explore the relaxed waterfront area, take photos with the famous quokkas, stroll along the beautiful beaches, or enjoy a coffee at one of the cafés. Rottnest Island is known for its crystal-clear waters, white sandy bays, and unique wildlife, making it one of Western Australia’s most popular destinations.
After your time on the island, return by ferry to Fremantle B-Shed. Upon arrival, your coach will be waiting to continue the tour.
The next part of your journey takes you through Fremantle and along the scenic coastal road to Cottesloe Beach, one of Perth’s most iconic beaches. Enjoy a short stop here to take photos of the turquoise waters and white sand before continuing along the coast past the prestigious waterfront homes of “Millionaires Row.”
Crossing the Swan River, you arrive at the South Perth Esplanade, where you can take in one of the best panoramic views of the Perth skyline across the water.
Continuing through the city, you will stop briefly at Matagarup Bridge, an impressive modern pedestrian bridge located in Perth’s sports and entertainment district.
Your sightseeing drive then takes you past several notable city landmarks including the historic Perth Mint, St Mary’s Cathedral, Elizabeth Quay, and St Georges Terrace, the heart of Perth’s business district.
The tour continues to Kings Park, one of the largest inner-city parks in the world. Here you will have time to enjoy the spectacular views over the Swan River and the Perth skyline while your guide shares stories about the city and the region.
Finally, sit back and relax as you drive back to Fremantle Cruise Ship Terminal via the southern side of the Swan River, bringing your tour to a comfortable conclusion.
